ORDER
18.09.2026.
On 13.02.2025, notice in the present case came to be issued and impugned order came to be stayed by this court and case was directed to be listed along with WP(C) 2080/2024 (wrongly mentioned as WP(C) 2080/2020). Thereafter, none turned up. Since petitioners in both the petitions are continuously absent, it appears that they are not interested in further prosecution. Hence, both the petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution along with connected CM(s). Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated. Registry to place the copy of this order on each file.
