HON’BLE MR JUSTICE RAJESH SEKHRI, JUDGE
(ORDER) 18.09.2026
01. Case set out by the petitioner is that he filed a suit in the trial Court for declaration and permanent injunction in which he took a categorical stand that neither defendant No. 1 is his son, nor he is in blood relation with him. Pending adjudication, he preferred an application on 06.04.2024 in the trial Court for DNA Test to establish his biological relation with defendant No. 1. Objections in the said application were filed by respondents/defendants on 30.11.2024.
02. The short grievance projected by the petitioner is that learned trial Court has failed to dispose of said application, till date and he will be satisfied if trial Court is directed to dispose of the application within a timeframe. Mohammad Yaseen Dar I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
03. Having regard to the limited nature of controversy and an innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of aforesaid application preferred by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date copy of this order is made available.
04. Disposed of along with connected CM(s).
