ORDER

01. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner for a while, this Court did not find any error apparent on the face of the record, which could give a justifiable cause to the petitioner, to seek review of the order dated 08.06.2023.
02. The learned counsel for the petitioner when confronted with the aforesaid issue, seeks withdrawal of the instant review petition, with liberty to avail appropriate remedy under law.
03. In view of the above, the instant review petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
