1. Learned counsel for the petitioners last appeared in this case on 23.12.2025, and thereafter either learned counsel for the petitioners is absent or case is being adjourned on the request of proxy counsel. It appears that petitioners have lost interest in further prosecution of the case.
2. Hence, present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution, along with connected CMs.
3. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
