Learned counsel for the next friend of the petitioner-Mr. Shuja-ul-Haq, seeks withdrawal of the main writ petition with liberty to file fresh one, if needed on the main ground that the respondents have taken some steps against the interests of the petitioner despite her figuring as the successful bidder and have not taken necessary steps towards formal allotment of the work in her favour. The statement of learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record. The application is allowed and the writ petition is, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Interim direction, if any, subsisting as on date shall also stand vacated.
