15.09.2026

1. Petitioner has remained absent for the last three consecutive hearings i.e., 26.11.2025, 28.04.2026 and 30.07.2026 and, even today, there is no representation on his behalf. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter and has abandoned the same after obtaining interim directions from this Court vide order dated 09th November 2022.

2. In the above background, this petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.

3. Interim direction(s), if any, subsisting as on date, shall stand vacated.

4. Copy of this order shall be conveyed to the Trial Court, which shall proceed in accordance with law.
