ORDER

14.09.2026

1. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly conceded that the orders passed under the provisions of the Domestic Violence Act are amenable to appellate jurisdiction. Learned counsel, accordingly, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to assail the said orders before the competent appellate court.

2. Statement is taken on record.

3. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed, with liberty to the petitioner to avail the efficacious remedy available under law.

4. Interim direction(s), if any, shall stand vacated.
