ORDER
14.09.2026
1. Despite having been duly notified about the pendency of the present appeal, the appellant has chosen not to appear before the Court. The absence of the appellant, despite due notice, indicates that the appellant is no longer interested in pursuing the present appeal.
2. Consequently, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution along with all connected CMs.
3. The interim direction(s), if any, shall stand vacated.
4. A copy of this order shall be conveyed to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kargil, with a direction to take effective steps for enforcement and compliance of the impugned judgment of conviction and sentence.
