01. The record reveals that for the last two consecutive dates, there has been no representation on behalf of the petitioner and same is the position as on today. Seemingly, the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the instant matter, or the cause for which the petition was filed, may no longer survive.
02. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
