ORDER

11.09.2026

1. After hearing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied, if the respondents are directed to treat the instant writ petition as a representation on behalf of the petitioner and consider the grievances raised therein in accordance with law within a reasonable time frame. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner would not press the present petition on merits, provided an appropriate direction is issued to the competent authority for consideration and disposal of the representation.

2. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No. 2, the Mission Director, Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS)/Poshan, Jammu and Kashmir, to treat the writ petition along with the documents annexed thereto as a

representation of the petitioner and consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law.

3. While considering the representation, respondent No. 2 shall examine the grievances and claims raised by the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order thereon, keeping in view the applicable rules, regulations and governing instructions.

4. Let the aforesaid exercise be completed by respondent No. 2 within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order, along with the complete paper book, is made available to him.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claims or grievances raised by the petitioner, and the competent authority shall consider the matter independently and strictly in accordance with law.

6. Disposed of accordingly, along with the connected CM(s).
