Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that, in terms of the order dated 28th July, 2026, the appellate authority, vide order dated 12th August, 2026, has rejected the appeal of the petitioners and as such, he submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to assail the said order. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty as aforesaid. In view of the disposal of the main petition, the contempt proceedings are closed.
