1. Notice to the non-applicants/petitioners in WP(C) No.2190/2026 through SHO Police Station Villagam, Handwara. SHO Police Station Villagam, Handwara, shall ensure that both notices are received back served by this Court by the next date of hearing, failing which he shall join the proceedings through Virtual Mode on the next date of hearing.
2. However, it is made clear that order dated 08.09.2026, shall not come in the way of the SHO Villagam, Handwara during the investigation of the case.
