1. Vide order dated 27.08.2025, the learned senior counsel appearing for the appellants was, on request, granted three weeks’ time to report instructions as to whether appellants wanted to pursue instant appeal further.
2. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned on number of occasions for reporting such instructions. Neither the instructions have been reported nor has anybody come present on behalf of the appellants. It seems that the appellants have lost interest to pursue this appeal and the same is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.
