ORDER
07.09.2026
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted two weeks’ time to assail order impugned before the revisional authority and till then status quo be maintained on spot.
2. Ms. Bisma, Advocate appearing vice Mr. T M Shamshi, learned DSGI submits that the official respondents have no objections to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. In view of this, the present petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the revisional authority for assailing the order impugned in this petition within a period of two weeks and till then parties shall maintain status quo as exists today on spot.
4. Disposed of as above.
