01. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last two dates of hearing. Even today, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner, which suggests that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the present petition.
02. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.
