ORDER
01-09-2026
1. Charge-sheet stood already filed in the FIR impugned in this petition on the very day when the interim order dated 24th of November, 2025, placing restraint upon the filing of the charge-sheet, was passed by this Court.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. His statement is taken on record.
3. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to assail the charge-sheet.
