ORDER
31-08-2026
1. In terms of order dated 12th of August, 2025, the operation of the impugned decree/order was stayed, subject to the furnishing of bank guarantee.
2. The report of the Registry reveals that bank guarantee has not been furnished by the appellant. None was present on behalf of the appellant on the previous date of hearing. Same is the position today as well.
3. In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
4. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
