01. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on the previous date of hearing. Today also, when the case was called out nobody turned out to appear on behalf of the petitioners. Even the requisite steps for service upon the respondents have not been taken. It seems that the petitioners have lost interest to pursue this petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
