ORDER
29.08.2026 On the last date of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he had no instructions in the matter and, accordingly, sought time to report the same. Today, neither petitioner nor his counsel is present. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the instant petition. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed for want of prosecution, along with connected application(s). Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
