Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that during the pendency of this petition, the investigating agency has filed challan against the petitioners, as such, they intend to avail the appropriate remedy after withdrawal of the present petition. His statement is taken on record. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with leave and liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy as may be available under law.
