1. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondents had preferred a petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act for appointment of sole arbitrator and the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana, vide its judgment dated 01.05.2026, has appointed the sole arbitrator.
2. In view of the appointment of the arbitrator, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application.
3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
