Mr. Sajad Mir, learned Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. With the consensus of the parties, the present appeal is disposed of by providing that the impugned order passed by the trial court on 12.08.2026, whereby the application filed by the appellant/plaintiff under Order XXXIX
Rules 1 and 2 CPC has been dismissed, is hereby modified to the extent that the respondents/defendants shall not sell the suit property except without the prior permission of the learned trial court. Disposed of along with connected CMs.
