ORDER

01. Petitioner was admitted to interim bail vide order dated 10.02.2026 in a case arising out of FIR No. 13/2025 registered with Police Station Safakadal, Srinagar, for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 74,109,115(2), and 126(2) of BNS 2023, subject to objections from the other side.
02. Respondents despite availing numerous and several opportunities have chosen not to file objections to the petition. Neither contravention of any of the condition of the bail order has been reported.
03. Viewed thus, this Bail Application is allowed and interim order dated 10.02.2026 is made absolute, subject to all the conditions imposed while granting interim bail.
04. Disposed of.
