01. The short grievance raised by the petitioner in this petition is that he has filed a representation with respondent No. 2 which is stated to be pending consideration. Therefore, the petitioner, seeks a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the pending representation and complaints, by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a stipulated period.
02. Having regard to the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of, at this stage by directing respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner along with the complaints, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks’ from the date a copy of this order is made available.
03. Disposed of.
