WP(C) No.2916/2025:
1. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, as such, WP(C) No.2916/2025 dismissed for non- prosecution.
2. This Court is convinced that writ petition No.2916/2025 filed by the petitioner Ghulam Mohammad Mir son of Mohammad Akbar Mir resident of Lone Harie Kralpora, Kupwara was, in no manner, a hurdle in the way of the District Administration in taking the proposed road construction to its logical end. Sr. No. 10 Regular Cause List
WP(C) No.1531/2026:
3. WP(C) No.1531/2026 is disposed of at its very inception stage in view of the fact that the approved road meant to connect the locality of the petitioners of WP(C) No.2916/2025 and therefore let the road construction be carried out to its logical end as early as possible so as to serve the convenience and comforts of the residents of Najar Mohalla Lone Harie Kralpora, Kupwara.
4. Any delay on the part of the respondents in carrying out the road construction can enable the aggrieved residents of Najar Mohalla Lone Harie Kralpora to come again in the matter before this Court notwithstanding the disposal of the petitioner of this writ petition at its very inception stage.
5. A Copy of this order be provided to Mr. Waseem Gull, learned Government Advocate for the sake of notice and compliance at the end of the Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara.
