ORDER
07.08.2026
1. This Court is inclined to grant indulgence at very inception stage in the present matter by setting aside order dated 23.06.2026 passed by the court of learned 1st Additional District Judge, Srinagar in a pending civil first appeal preferred by the petitioners as appellants.
2. Thus, order dated 23.06.2026 is set aside with a rider that the petitioners, as appellants, shall appear with their written submissions in support of their appeal before the appellate court of learned 1st Additional District Judge, Srinagar on Sr. No. 129 Supp. 1
29.08.2026 failing which, the appeal be taken up for adjudication by the appellate court without assistance of the appellants’ side at the risk and cost of the appellants.
