ORDER

05.08.2026

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed to withdraw this petition without prejudice to the right of any aggrieved individual recognized Nursing College in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir to come forward for the purpose of questioning Circular No. F(T.Aff-4yr Nursing)CDC/KU/24 dated 09.06.2026 issued by the University of Kashmir through its Assistant Registrar College Development Counsel.

2. This Court is afraid that by generalized reference of Association of Nursing and Allied Healthcare Colleges, Kashmir, a writ petition cannot be maintained whereas Sr. No. 147 Supp. Cause List-I

an individually recognized Nursing and Allied Healthcare Colleges don’t intend to come in their own right to question the Circular as such writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file fresh.
