ORDER
30.07.2026
1. By efflux of time, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous otherwise also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Accordingly writ petition is dismissed.
2. However, in case the petitioner continues to be in preventive detention custody by reference to detention order No. DIVCOM-“K”/51/2025 dated 18.03.2025, he shall be released from the preventive detention custody forthwith.
