1. Nemo for the parties.
2. Dismissed for non-prosecution along with connected CM/s.
3. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
4. A copy of this order be forwarded to J&K Pollution Control Committee for sake of notice and record that the writ petition filed by the petitioner has suffered dismissal for non-prosecution so as to word of any act of misrepresentation on the part of the petitioner in filing a fresh writ petition against J&K Pollution Committee without disclosure of fact about the dismissal of the present writ petition for non-prosecution.
