1. During the pendency of this contempt petition, an intervening development renders this contempt petition infructuous as the petitioner is now supposed to resort to appropriate legal remedy against the consideration order.
2. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioner to resort to appropriate legal course of action against the consideration order with a caveat to the petitioner that needful be done within a period of 60 days from the date of the disposal of this contempt petition.
