2. Dismissed for non-prosecution along with connected CM.
3. A copy of this order be sent to the Vice Chairman, Srinagar Development Authority (SDA) for the sake of notice and record about the dismissal of the petitioner’s writ petition so that in case the petitioner comes up with a second writ petition without disclosing the fact of
dismissal of this writ petition, then the Srinagar Development Authority (SDA) can make reference as to fact that the petitioner’s first writ petition has been dismissed for non-prosecution.
