ORDER
(14.07.2026)
01. The petitioners have not reported themselves, although they are seeking protection order from this Court by reference to their matrimonial life being objected to by the private respondents.
02. This is the second date of hearing in this case and learned counsel for the petitioners is seeking grant of adjournment in such like case which is nothing but mockery of the proceedings. Either the petitioners are not under any state of alleged threat or apprehension from the end of the private respondents or they do not intend to come before this Court for making their statements in support of the allegations made. Sr. No.3 Regular Cause List
2
03. In the light of the aforesaid omission on the part of the writ petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed without prejudice to right of the petitioners to approach this Court again if any threat perception comes to attend upon them from the end of the respondents No.6 to 13 or any one of them as the case may be.
