1. Mr. Shariq J. Reyaz, learned Advocate for the writ petitioner M/S Graphisads Pvt. Ltd., through Mr. Showkat Ahmad Parray, submits that the subsequent developments have rendered the writ petition’s adjudication meaningless and can, thus, be consigned to record but without prejudice to the position of the writ petitioner who is the respondent in arbitration petition No. 06/2021.

3. Registrar Judicial, Srinagar is directed to carry out confirmation as to whether this case needs to be listed before the designated Commercial Court Bench, Srinagar of this Court given the fact that the subject matter is a petition under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 relatable to dispute of a commercial nature. In case the matter is required to be listed before the appropriate Commercial Court Bench, then let the same be posted before said Bench on 23.07.2026.
