In view of the fact that the petitioner has a disability of coming up with a requisite maintenance pendente lite which this Court aimed to secure for the minor daughter of the petitioner before putting her on notice to appear in this case, this Court is not inclined to grant indulgence, as such, this petition is dismissed as not pressed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner vis-à-vis the ongoing proceedings before the Court below.
