1. After institution of this petition, the parties are said to have reconciled the dispute rendering this petition infructuous.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of this writ petition.
3. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
4. A copy of this order be forwarded to the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, (CJM) Baramulla at Sopore for the purpose of being taken on record of File No. 312 in the case titled “Mumtaz Arif Wani Vs. Syed Tajamul Hussain & Anr.” which stands disposed of in terms of the Lok Adalat Award dated 31.05.2025.
