The petitioner is aggrieved that his business activity which he is claiming to be conducting in the name of Asif Online Point, outside the premises of Regional Transport Officer, Bemina, Srinagar was having rear access direct into the premises of the Transport Bhawan but which is now meant to be closed in terms of access and that is reckoned by the petitioner likely to effect his business being done in the name of Asif Online Point.

2. This Court is not meant to tell and command the Regional Transport Officer, Bemina, Srinagar to Sr. No. 141 Supp. 1

keep the premises of Transport Bhawan open for entry for business purposes of the petitioner for the service of his clients.
