1. Learned counsel for the petitioner Mohammad Ibrahim Mehraj submits that he seeks to withdraw the writ petition because of some factual inaccuracies and deficiencies which require to be supplied and set right.
2. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted to file fresh subject to condition that a certified copy of this writ petition along with present order shall accompany the fresh writ petition which is intended to be so filed by the petitioner.
