ORDER

04.07.2026

1. Out of nine dates, Advocate Tariq M. Shah has taken trouble to cause appearance only on 12.04.2023, 26.04.2023 and 25.02.2025, whereas for the rest of the dates either there is absence or proxy appearance as if this Court is meant to be a load bearer for the petitioner as well as the counsel for the petitioner to carry on with the burden of this File.

2. Today Ms. Sehreen Zehra, Advocate mentions that there is a request on behalf of the Mr. Tariq M. Shah, Advocate to adjourn the matter. Sr. No. 10 Regular

3. This Court is not inclined to accommodate default appearance of Ms. Sehreen Zehra, Advocate and, therefore, counts Mr. Tariq M. Shah, Advocate absent. So is the petitioner- Shabir Ahmad Dar who is also absent. As such, dismissed for non- prosecution.
