ORDER
02.07.2026
Given the nature of deficiency of essential facts in the writ petition in the context of case being pleaded particularly considering the fact that eight petitioners with their own independent claims for purported admitted liability amounts for the work done, this Court is constrained to allow the withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty in favour of the petitioners to come jointly or individually, with fresh writ petition/s with full factual details. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed with liberty granted.
