ORDER
06.06.2026 CM 3429/2026: This application has been moved by the applicant/petitioner seeking withdrawal of WP(C) 1923/2025, in view of the compromise entered upon between the parties during its pendency. Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that the contesting parties have entered into a compromise, which has been placed on record as annexure I, to this application and that the petitioner be allowed to withdraw WP(C) 1923/2025, with liberty to file a fresh petition. For the reasons assigned in the application and submissions urged at the Bar, the application is allowed and WP(C) 1923/2025 is dismissed as withdrawn, along with application(s), with liberty to file fresh, if the cause survives. CM 3429/2026 is disposed of.
