On mention taken up. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents, who are complainant in the case, intend to withdraw the complaint which is the subject matter of this petition. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents on behalf of the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of this petition with liberty to file afresh in case the cause survives. His statement is taken on record. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with connected application(s). Interim direction if any shall stand vacated.
