ORDER
30.05.2026 CM 3244/2026: This application has been moved by the applicants/petitioners, seeking withdrawal of WP(C) 1962/2020 titled “Abdul Khaliq Bhat & Anr. Vs. UT of J&K & Ors.”, with liberty to file fresh, if the cause survives. Learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners submits that the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed and, as such, they do not wish to prosecute the petition any further. His statement, in support of his contention, is taken on record. Accordingly, WP(C) 1962/2020 is dismissed as withdrawn, along with connected application(s), with liberty as prayed for. CM 3244/2026 is disposed of.
