ORDER
22.05.2026 Petitioner, through the medium of this petition, has sought quashing/cancellation of bail order dated 29.04.2025 passed in favour of respondent No. 1 by the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Budgam, in a case, registered at Police Station Khansahib, vide FIR No. 63/2025 for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 64, 351(2) of BNS. Objections have been filed by the respondent No. 2, however, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today and same was the position on the previous three consecutive dates of hearing. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest to prosecute this case any further. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution, along with applications(s).
