ORDER

21.05.2026

1. Petitioner, through the medium of this petition, has sought a direction to the respondents to defreeze the petitioner’s account No. 441205500076, maintained in the name of M/S Ala Rasi Enterprises with respondent Nos. 7 & 8, i.e., ICICI Bank.

2. There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 7 & 8 submits that, in compliance with order dated 30.01.2026, the subject account has been defreezed and, as such, the petition has been rendered infructuous. His statement is taken on record, in support of this contention.

4. Since the main relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition has already been granted, and in view of the submission by learned counsel for respondent Nos. 7 & 8, no further adjudication, is required in the matter.

5. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of as settled, along with the connected application(s).
