ORDER
15.05.2026 CM 2852/2026: The application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner, seeking withdrawal of WP(C) 944/2026, titled “Mubashir Shabir Wani Vs. UT of J&K & Ors”. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have assured the petitioner of redressal of the grievances raised in the petition and, accordingly, she has received instructions from the petitioner to seek withdrawal of the petition, with liberty to file fresh, if the cause survives. For the reasons assigned in the application and those urged at the Bar, the application is allowed and WP(C) 944/2026 is dismissed as withdrawn. CM 2852/2026 is disposed of.
