ORDER

06.05.2026 Petitioner, through the medium of this petition, seeks quashing of the detention order bearing No. Divcom-“K”/15/2025, dated 3rd of February, 2025, whereby the petitioner had been detained by the orders passed by respondent No.2, Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, in terms of PIT NDPS Act. The order is stated to have been executed on 5th of February, 2025, and that the maximum period provided under the Act is one year. In view of the above, with the afflux of time, the impugned order has outlived its life, rendering the present petition as infructuous. Disposed of as infructuous.
