ORDER
04.05.2026 Petitioner, through the medium of this petition, has challenged his detention order bearing No. 16/DMA/PSA/DET/2025, dated 29th of April, 2025, which had been executed on 2nd of May, 2025. Since the detention was to prevent the petitioner from the activities against public order and the maximum period provided thereunder is one year, the impugned order has outlived its life and the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Disposed of as infructuous.
