ORDER
29.04.2026 CM 2454/2026: This application has been moved by the applicants/petitioners, seeking withdrawal of CM(M) 185/2024. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that she has instructions to seek withdrawal of the petition, as the grievance of the applicants/petitioners has been redressed and they are no longer interested to pursue the matter. Her statement is taken on record. Learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners further submits that the amount deposited before the Registry be released in favour of the applicants. For the reasons assigned in the application and those urged at the Bar, the application is allowed, and CM(M) 185/2024 is dismissed as withdrawn, along with connected application(s). Learned Registrar Judicial is directed to release the amount deposited by the applicants/petitioners, after proper identification. The executing court shall be at liberty to proceed with the execution of the decree. CM No. 2454/2026 is disposed of.
