ORDER
28.04.2026 Petitioner has challenged the impugned Order No. DMS/PSA/20/2024, dated 16.07.2024, issued under J&K Public Safety Act for public order, having been executed on 22.07.2024, for which the maximum period of detention is one year, as such, the impugned order has outlived its life and the petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous.
