ORDER
28.04.2026 Petitioner has challenged Order No. DIVCOM-“K”/14/2025, dated 03.02.2025, which has been executed on 06.02.2025, under Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988, for which the maximum period of detention is one year, as such, the impugned order has outlived its life and the petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous.
